AdFlow360 is a streamlined ad approval platform designed for marketing teams to manage digital ad reviews efficiently. Replacing cluttered email approvals, it introduces structured workflows for creators, approvers, and admins, ensuring compliance and faster approvals. The project aimed to enhance usability, improve transparency, and optimize the ad approval process for better efficiency.
The previous ad approval process relied heavily on email-based approvals, leading to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and delayed campaign launches. This outdated system made it difficult to track approvals, causing operational bottlenecks and reducing overall productivity.
The key problems were:
Managing ad approvals through email resulted in cluttered inboxes, lost communication threads, and difficulty in tracking which ads were approved or pending. This lack of structure often led to missed deadlines and errors in ad publishing.
There was no centralized platform for tracking approvals, compliance checks, or revision requests. Creators had limited visibility into the approval status, leading to repetitive follow-ups and confusion between teams.
Without a dedicated compliance review system, ads were at risk of being published without proper checks, increasing the chances of regulatory violations. The lack of a structured compliance framework made it challenging to ensure adherence to industry standards.
In the previous system, a single person often reviewed and approved ads, increasing the chances of oversight or delays due to workload constraints. There was no multi-level review process to ensure quality and compliance before publishing.
